At BECO, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BECO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
